Large yet insulated windows: Double or triple-glazed, to simultaneously provide ample natural lighting and conserve (indoor) heat.

Thermal insulation

Employs sophisticated materials for high-grade insulation, as well as environmentally friendly construction materials, such as natural wood, recycled matter, and non-toxic paint and coatings.

Design and Orientation

Optimizing access to natural lighting through north-facing building orientation, for solar heating during winter and natural cooling during summer.

Comfortable and Healthy Interior

We take full advantage of natural lighting and ventilation, allowing sunlight in through large windows and terraces, and a flow of air for natural circulation. This reduces the need and use of
air-conditioning.

Smart Technology

No compromises on your convenience; manage each one of the property’s automated systems via smartphone or tablet.

Automated systems: The installed energy management and automation systems place oversight and control of energy consumption in the palm of your hand.

Comfort and convenience rest largely on the arrangement of bedrooms. After careful consideration, we have opted for two bedrooms and one master bedroom, to attend to the need for privacy, peace and opulence of every modern family.

1. Master bedroom (18.13m2)

A place to unwind and recharge. Spacious and luxurious, with soothing touches of color. Sizing and layout permit a large bed, closet, bedside tables, as well as other high-quality furniture of your choice. The en-suite bathroom is thoughtfully equipped with a shower, bathtub, and double basin.

2. Standard bedrooms (14.7 m2 & 9.3m2)

Two additional rooms, ideal for family member or guest bedrooms, or as designated work areas. Compact but convenient, accommodating one or two beds, closets, work spaces and shelves.

They share two bathrooms, with a full range of amenities. Autonomous air conditioning and insulated door and window frames ensure regulated temperature and maximum energy efficiency.

The choice of layout and decoration is yours. Color palettes and furniture are customizable for your comfort and convenience.
